This program has been produced to help you assess the energy consumption of an office building, by comparing your consumption with national benchmark levels for UK office buildings. It draws on data from the widely used ECON 19 publication (available from The CarbonTrust or as a download from the link above). The program allows you to tailor these benchmarks to your building use, in particular allowing you to combine the four office types from ECON 19.

If you wish to see a demonstration, or try the system before setting up your own account, log in using demo as username and demo again as the password. We cannot guarantee that your demo set up will remain unadulterated. Please don't change the entries that you find in the account already.
