Click on File - Print or File - Print Preview to print a copy of this page (best printed in Landscape view).

1. On the homepage, use the menu bar on the left of the screen, to select Demo account
2. On the login page enter 'demo' as username and 'demo' as password
3. On the admin page, click in the school name box in the lower part of the screen and enter a name
4. Use the school type drop down box to select the type of school (primary or secondary)
5. In the postcode box enter at least the first part of your school postcode
6. Click the add to list button, check that your new school is highlighted in the list, and click on the next button to proceed to the next page
7. On the current returns page, click in the description box and enter a name (e.g. "test return")
8. Click in the financial year box and enter a year e.g. 2002
9. Click the add to list button, check that your new return is highlighted in the list, then click on the next button to proceed to the next page
10. On the degree days page, check the postcode is correct, follow instructions on the page if it is not, and then click the next button
11. On the data page click in the floor area (m²) box and enter the internal floor area [e.g. 2000]
12. For each fuel used, click in the check box to the left of the fuel name, click in the kWh box for that fuel and enter a fuel consumption for a year
    [e.g. þ Gas  300000 kWh
            þ Elec   70000 kWh ]
13. Click the next button to proceed to the graph page. On the graphs pages you can click on next to see the next graph
    The main system is used in exactly the same way as that described here.
